Terms and Conditions
Websites that are designed and/or hosted by David Brown Website Design, Imaging & Photography are subject to the following terms and conditions. Thank you!
- Website owners have the right to amend and / or remove there website at any time (a small fee may apply).
- It is the owners responsibility to check the accuracy of the information on each of the pages.
- It is the website owners responsibility to make sure all details are correct and kept up to date.
- A request for payment will be made approximately 6 – 8 weeks before the renewal date and is expected to be paid within 14 days from the date shown on the invoice. If payment is not made within 14 days from the date shown on the invoice, any information shown on the website may be replaced with a holding page and cancellation of services may be implemented and actioned within 21 days from the date shown on the invoice, including domain name, hosting and e–mail.
- Any extra work is also expected to paid for (or part paid for) in advance of work being carried out.
- It is expected that each website hosted by David Brown Website Design, Imaging & Photography is kept for a minimum of three years (a small fee may apply).
- Domain name registration will be transferred to you, on any cancellation or request to do so (a small fee may apply).
- The website will not be uploaded until the first years payment is made in full.
- All details will be kept in the system David Brown Website Design, Imaging & Photography use (which includes personal details) and WILL NOT be distributed to other organisations without concent.
- David Brown Website Design, Imaging & Photography will take no responsibility for any misuse or damage, caused by information provided on these pages.
- David Brown Website Design, Imaging & Photography will not be held responsible for loss of earnings caused by the input of wrong information.
- David Brown Website Design, Imaging & Photography will not be held responsible for loss of earnings caused by viruses or hosting failure.
- David Brown Website Design, Imaging & Photography will not be held responsible for any false information published by clients on their website, including copyright protected information.
Digital Imaging creations are expected to be of high quality and once full payment has been made, it is expected that the client agrees to the following:
- The client is happy with the finished creation.
- A copy of the creation can be kept for future updates that may be requested by the client.
- The creation may be shown on any gallery or website created by David Brown Website Design, Imaging & Photography (identified as the clients property)
Photography brings it’s own concerns, which includes the following:
- David Brown Website Design, Imaging & Photography will not be held responsible for any damage that may happen, whilst visiting clients property.
- If the client is not 100% happy with the photo’s a partial refund will be considered, only at the descretion of David Brown Website Design, Imaging & Photography.
- A copy of the images / photographs can be kept for future reference that may be requested by the client.
- All photographs taken may be shown on any gallery or website created by David Brown Website Design, Imaging & Photography (identified as the clients property).
- The client has the right to ask the removal of images / photographs from the David Brown Website Design, Imaging & Photography system at any time.
Private / Group Tuition is offered to individuals and / or training establishments on an accredited or non–accredited basis:
- David Brown Website Design, Imaging & Photography will not be held responsible for any damage that may happen whilst visiting clients property, including personal injury and the unlikely introduction of viruses to the system.
- If the client is not 100% happy with the session, a partial refund will be considered only at the descretion of David Brown Website Design, Imaging & Photography.
- It is the clients responsibility to ensure their PC’s have the correct software installed, which is appropriately licenced.
- It is the clients responsibility to inform of any Health & Safety issues and the rare possibility of not having fun.
Other:
- Data Protection is taken seriously and any information provided by clients will not be used outside our system.
- Any payments must be received within two weeks from the date on the invoice. A £15 charge may be applied for every week the payment is missed.
